Pay is $25.00- $30.00/hr depending on previous experience and qualifications. You will work primarily day shift but will manage 3 shifts and hours may vary. You will report to Operations Manager. This is a Heavy industrial. Someone that is policy procedure driven, and a fair empolyer. Elec Motor Repair exp. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a minimum of 7 years experience of comprehensive machining and 2 years of management experience. Candidate must have a thorough in depth understanding of set up, operation and programming of both manual CNC equipment and a keen understanding of rotating equipment. Skilled in problem solving, organizational skills and process improvement. Must be a team player. With a background in Tool & Die Machine Manager Mechanical Engineer, or Senior Mechanical Engineer Technician. Pay Rate: $0.00 |

. Will repair various kinds of electro-mechanical equipment. Troubleshoot suspected problems with AC or DC motors. Assemble/disassemble motors noting configuration and condition of each part. Clean motors and assemblies using washers/steamers, glass beaders, and caustic tanks. Correctly measure for and requisition replacement parts. Replace defective or worn bearings, brushes, gears, seals, switches, brakes, clutches, fans, etc. Test repaired equipment for proper operation. Complete ppwk for each job. Keep area neat and clean. Assist other staff and other duties as assigned. Pay Rate: $0.00 |
