Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a minimum of 7 years experience of comprehensive machining and 2 years of management experience. Candidate must have a thorough in depth understanding of set up, operation and programming of both manual CNC equipment and a keen understanding of rotating equipment. Skilled in problem solving, organizational skills and process improvement. Must be a team player. Outstanding opportunity for an outstanding individual! We are currently recruiting for a Production Supervisor for a concrete block company located in Western KY. The primary role of this position is to oversee the daily operation of the plant and raw material handling. This position will work have a Monday through Friday workweek, with Saturdays as needed. No Sunday work. Expect to work 50+ hours per week. Workday typical starts at 5: 30 am. Competitive salary and excellent benefits available. . Will repair various kinds of electro-mechanical equipment. Troubleshoot suspected problems with AC or DC motors. Assemble/disassemble motors noting configuration and condition of each part. Clean motors and assemblies using washers/steamers, glass beaders, and caustic tanks. Correctly measure for and requisition replacement parts. Replace defective or worn bearings, brushes, gears, seals, switches, brakes, clutches, fans, etc. Test repaired equipment for proper operation. Complete ppwk for each job. Keep area neat and clean. Assist other staff and other duties as assigned. Pay Rate: $0.00 |
